Child Support
questions & answers
Question: How can I turn my ex over to the dead beat parent program? He refuses to pay his child support and owes around 36k
Answer:
You may want to look to the Superior Court in the county where you received your order of child support. Many of the courts have forms you can file to enforce a child support order. In Maricopa County and Pima County, you can find the form on the Superior Court's website. You may also want to look through the Child Support Enforcement frequently asked questions on the Arizona Department of Economic Security's webpage.
