Question: Is it possible to get emergency custody if you have not yet filed for divorce?
Answer:
The forms to a file for temporary emergency modification of custody without advanced notification to the other party can be found on the Superior Court Website. To locate the closest Superior Court use the Courts Locator.
The Maricopa County Superior Court Website lists requirements for obtaining emergency modification of custody. Please refer to their website for these requirements and for forms needed to file for emergency modification of custody and/or parenting time.
