Question: My husband wants a divorce, however he says he will take our 3 yr old daughter from be because he feels I do not treat her right (he calls it abuse). He is 62, physically disabled and receives SSI for his mental disability which includes rage issues, depression and suicidal ideology. Does he have a leg to stand on and will the court actually grant him custody instead of me. I am terrified of what might happen if he passes away while with her.
