Question: how do I stop child support in gaining legal custody of my son after his mother send them over to me through CPS And the child has been in my custody for the last 6 years
Answer: You may need to check with the Clerk of the Superior Court in your county to find out how to stop Child Support. If you are in Maricopa or Pima County, they have a self help service on line for downloading and filling out the forms. Go to: http://www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/ezCourtForms/index-kiosk.asp for the forms and instructions. You may also want to check with an attorney to see how to get child support stopped.
