Child Custody
questions & answers
Question: Is there a law that states if a pending court is in process but no court date has been given, that states the physical parent & child can not leave for vacation?
Answer: There are no laws in Arizona that address this situation. Once the custody order is in place then sanctions become available if one of the parties violates the Court’s order. It may be in your best interest to speak with a family law attorney and discuss your options.
