The staute shows what is considered by the court when determining the best interests of the child. A.R.S. § 25-403.03 has information on how domestic violence can effect a determination of custody. A.R.S. § 25-403.04 has information on how drug offenses can effect a determination of custody. A.R.S. § 25-403.05 has information on how sex offenses can effect a determination of custody. There are many factors that the court considers.
