questions & answers
Question: My fiance wants to divorce his wife hes in prison they've been separated for 5 years she's in another state he wants me to get the ball rolling BUT Don't he?
Answer: Not totally sure what you are asking with the "don't he" at the end of your question. You can do some things to help him out like obtain the forms for dissolution of marriage from the Court's website, but he will need to complete the forms and sign them. You can pay any filing fees and the cost of serving the papers on his wife, but beyond that, it is his divorce. You do not say whether he has children. If so, there will be more for him to do to complete the divorce. You can find the forms for dissolution of marriage on the Superior Court's website at https://www.azcourts.gov/selfservicecenter/Family-Law-Forms.
