Question: I am 33 i have a daughter that is 5 and me and her mother waz never married.we are no longer together.now she wont let me see my daughter.i was and still am a good father.iv given her money all along.now she is married and wont let me see her.i miss her so much.i work a full week.every week.i need to see her.what can i do ,i go payday to payday.i need help.i dont want to lose my daughter

Answer: If you have not gone through the courts to establish legal decision making (custody) with the mother, you may want to start their.  Forms are available at any superior court (usually at self service desk) or online.  If you are in Maricopa county you can go to:  https://www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/SuperiorCourt/Self-ServiceCenter/Forms/FamilyCourt/index.asp.  If you are outside of Maricopa County, you can go to:  http://www.azcourts.gov/familylaw to download the forms and information sheets.  Once you have filed the forms, the court will begin proceedings to establish the legal decision making, including visitation.
