Answer: In Arizona you cannot get a conviction expunged; however, you can get it set aside. You may want to begin by contacting the city court you received the conviction in. Often there is a form that can be filled out, this form will ask the judge to set your conviction aside. You may have to appear in front of the judge before or if the conviction is set aside.
