Question: Myfather was murdered and I was told that since Iam family and they have made an arrest andlet him go am I allowed to see case files?

Answer: You may want to contact the County Attorney's office Victim Witness office  to get more information.  the Victim Witness office in the county that is handling the case is able to give you information on the investigation and pre-trials, trials, etc.  The Victim Witness office will keep you informed of the case.
