Question: I am interested in suing a school I attended for not upholding their refund policy. Because they neglected to refund an overpayment and process proper paperwork during my PCS, I now have two collections on my credit report, my credit dropped 104 points and my wages will be garnished. I did not terminated the couse I was taking at any time. I transferred from one campus to another because of my orders. I did not at any time miss classes. I have been trying to resolve the issue since July of 2014. I have documents to support everything I have said. Can I file a lawsuit against the school?
