Foreclosure
questions & answers
Question: I've been renting from the same landlord for three years and suddenly he foreclosed. Is it possible for his name not to show anywhere on the foreclosure papers?
Answer: Any foreclosure notice that is recorded and delivered must have certain specific information on it, including the identity of the owner of the property in order to be valid. It will be of public record at the county recorder's office here (if in Maricopa).
