Question: I moved into a student housing complex where I was matched with 3 roommates. I filled out a questionnaire to match me with roommates where I noted no pets. Upon moving in I discovered my roommates had 2 cats, I have never had an allergy to cats. Within 5 days of moving in I had to go to urgent care where I was diagnosed with Allergies. Now I have to take medication daily to keep the headaches under control. I notified my leasing office and they are not willing to do anything about it. Is there anything I can do? There is nothing in the lease agreement about that.
