Question: If you sell your mobile that is in a senior park and the buyer is going to pull it out. What is our legal responsibility, and what is the parks ?

Answer: The buyer can move the mobile home. I don't see any legal responsibility for either you or the park once it's moved out. All would be on the new owner. Make sure the title is recorded with DMV so your name is no longer on the mobile.
