Question: What can I do when my girlfriend that is on the lease with me has people threaten me to move out at such and such time.
Answer: If you are both on the lease, you both have an equal right to possession of the residence. From that perspective, there is nothing you can do to kick her out and nothing she can do to kick you out. If the threats are threats of violence, you could consider obtaining an order of protection from your local justice court or city court and ask for exclusive possession of the residence.
