Question: I own my trailor rent space landlord takes down my companies licence plates and threatens cops almost daily and threatens cps I can not let my 7 8 and5 year old play out side what can I do
Answer: Although a mobile home park landlord does have a right to take note of non-tenants who enter and leave the park, a mobile home park landlord does not have a right to harass those non-tenants or to make any demands on either tenants or guests that are not consistent with the requirements of the Arizona Mobile Home Parks Residential Landlord and Tenant Act and the park’s own policies and rules & regulations.
