Question: I pay rent to a Lady that k ves and owns her home can she evict me and demand I leave in 7 days

Answer: The Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act states that either the landlord or the tenant may terminate a week-to-week tenancy with 10 days’ written notice and that either the landlord or the tenant may terminate a month-to-month tenancy with 30 days’ written notice (A.R.S. 33-1375). There is no 7-day notice under the Act.
