Landlord and Tenant - Mobile Home Parks
questions & answers
Question: is the owner and employees of the park allowed to come on my lot at any point without my permission? I feel like I"m being targeted for unknown reasons as I"ve had someone come on my lot several times and we have caught them and they pretended they were "cutting" through to the other side.
Answer: The Arizona Mobile Home Parks Residential Landlord and Tenant Act states that, unless the tenant and the landlord have agreed in writing that the landlord may enter the tenant’s mobile home, “the landlord has no right of access to a mobile home owned by a tenant” (A.R.S. 33-1453). The Act does not specifically address a landlord’s access to a tenant’s rented lot.
