Question: My condo trustee sale was last week-some realtor c=offered me cash for keys-how long do i have if I don't take this offer?

Answer: If the condo was sold at a trustee sale it is too late, as the property has already been foreclosed on and sold. If the trustee sale has just been noticed you have until the day before the sale is set to occur.
