Question: I bought a timeshare in Nevada, but due to my husbands remission of cancer and my multiple sclerosis, we can no longer make the payments. If they foreclose on the timeshare can they garnish my wages in Arizona

Answer: I need more information to answer this question. 1) Where did you live when you bought the timeshare? 2) What payments can you no longer make? The quarterly or annual "maintenance fees", or the mortgage payments, or both? 3) Do you think the timeshare is worth anything on the open market?
