Question: can my RV be reposess for being 43 days late
Answer: This will depend upon the terms of your purchase agreement. Generally, however, if a debtor (purchasor) is in default (behind in payments) the creditor (seller) may take possession of the collateral (property)if they can do so "without breach of the peace". (A.R.S. 47-9609. Thus, in most cases, if you are late with your payments and there is no grace period the property can be repossessed.
