Landlord and Tenant Rights and Responsibilities
questions & answers
Question: Is a landlord required to send a written notice, when the landlord wants to move back into their home? In this case my daughter was notified by phone and no written notices received.
Answer: All eviction notices must be in writing. Depending on how long the tenant has to vacate the property depends on the eviction and also the lease if stated. More helpful information can be found through the The Arizona Tenant’s Rights and Responsibilities Handbook. AZlawhelp also provides useful information on evictions.
