Question: My landlord just have us 2 months notice to move by text message. Can my landlord due that during a time of state emergency?
Answer: Even in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Arizona law does not provide tenants with an automatic right to extend their expiring rental agreements. Any tenant who wishes to extend an expiring rental agreement will need to arrange an extension – in writing – with their landlord.
