Question: If I have been convicted of domestic violence and all convictions have been set aside can I ever poses a firearm and apply for an armed guard card

Answer: A.R.S. § 13-904 discusses the suspension of civil rights for felony offenses. A.R.S. § 13-908 discusses that whether civil rights are restored is up to the discretion of the sentencing judge or his or her successor.  This means that whether civil rights are restored is up to the judge.
