Question: My uncle sold me his car he can no longer drive his sister was very angry and cohersed him into giving her sparekey and took the car then made him go to dmv and sign it over to her can she do this i have the bill of sale i only had it a couple weeks when she took it and he didnt know thats what he was signing please help

Answer: Your question is difficult to answer as it leaves out pertinent facts.  You said you have a bill of sale proving that your uncle sold you the car.  Was he competent to make the decision to sell it to you?  Did you change the title of the car after the sale?  I assume not because you state that your uncle's sister took him to the DMV and had him put the title in her name.  I do not know what you paid for the car.  If you paid $5000 or less, you can file a  claim against your uncle in small claims court for the return of your money.  You can find information and forms for small claims court on the court's website www.azcourts.gov.
