Question: Landlord has ignore his responsibility to reimburse security deposit. Unit left in excellent condition forwarding address provided. My rights for recourse are?

Answer: According to A.R.S. § 33-1321, (http://www.azleg.gov/viewdocument/?docName=http://www.azleg.gov/ars/33/01321.htm) when you move out you must provide a written request to your landlord to return the security deposit. Within fourteen days after you have moved out, your landlord must mail you an itemized list of deductions and return the remaining amount on your security deposit back to you. If your landlord has failed to do so, you may want to consult an attorney to seek recourse.
