We are filing for divorce and Imake $15,000 a year whereas he makes $32, 000. He is trying to get over $600 in child support payments for 2 children one who is under 12 and the other who is 15. Does the payment go according to my income?

My son wants me to help him with custody of his baby under a year old and unborn baby. He is not married to the mother. He is on the birth certificate of the first born.The reason he is asking me to help is he has a long history of being in trouble with the law and is currentl on adult probabtion. He is currently working and doing good, but knows the courts would frown on his past. Would the courts consider giving me tempory guardianship or help with the custody. A month and a half ago there was a water leak in my apartment causing floor damage to most of the apartment. While our landlord did repair the leak, the floor was never repaired and I am afraid of health problems from mold growing under the floorboards. After asking multiple times the only thing the landlord has said is she will take care of it sometime in the future because she is busy with her personal life. What can I do in this situation and is this breaching the lease for failure to repair?

I rented my motorhome to a friend. Agreement was until June 1st 2017. On several occasions I reminded them they needed to move. After a few weeks I went to remind them again and they moved the motorhone without my permission. Aftet I found where they noved my motothome we both agreed one more week. After week was up I went to tell them tbey needed to move out tbey refused when I retur ed a week later they abanded my motorhome, removed my property that Was in the motorhome and left motorhome filthy. I am the non-custodial parent and currently have a parenting Plan in effect. It will be due for modification at the end of August. My question is if I wish to modify the parenting plan and do not have agreement from the other parent, what must I do and by what time. Another question, will the current parenting plan stay in effect if I do not file for a modification of parenting time?
