  • I got a 90-day notice to vacate the premises I have got one month left I have to be out the end of April and now with the stuff going around and the governor ordering you to stay at home do I have any rights to vacate the premises or what should I do

I want to apply for monthly cash assistance so my question is : if my baby's father gives me $60 a week would I still need to put him under child support in order to receive cash assistance?   • I work for a private Fiducairy Company in AZ. I have a client who is in a year lease at an apartment complex. He ended up in the hospital three weeks ago and his physicians are stating he cannot return home and must be placed in nursing care facility. The Apartment complex is stating he must pay next months rent and a $700.00 fee to break the lease. Are there any provisions or statutes in the Landlord Tenant Act that would help my client. He is on a fixed income and lives on his monthly VA benefits and Social Security. He does not have extra resources to pay for rent at the apartment and pay for a nursing facility too.

  • I live in a apt complex and i am a section 8 tenant that pays zero rent and is required to pay only utilities.. therefore the apt complex charges the tenants a monthly water bill that is not included in the rent amt... is the mgr. here at apt complex allowed to charge a tentant late fees the same as in rental late fees .. for being late on paying t them for water bill ?? This is a new Mgr.. and previous Mgr. never charged me for being just one month late .. I dont even pay rent and he charged me over 800.00 for bill and fees Thanks to my son he came and saved me from being homeless.

  • I have customers at work that have past due invoices that I try to collect on. Usually a certified letter works because they sign that they received the letter. But now I have someone that did not get the demand letter, so what is the next step that I attempt to collect with out hiring an agency? Not sure of the laws and I have tried to look them up but they are very confusing. Is there a giude that can give me the proceedures and laws on how to collect?
  • My landlord has fail to fix numerous things on the house I’m renting Some of those things are hazard not only to me but my 3 kids They wouldn’t fix the AC in Summer Tim when it was 110 outside and my house was 85-90 degrees inside they sent someone out and they told me that the ac needs to be replaced they never did it. There are black bees and the regular bees coming inside the house since I moved in They have no sprayed for bugs like they said. I Have tried to withhold rent for this or only pay half and they still don’t fix it.
