We have lived in our apartment for just about 9 yrs. my landlord has completely ignored basic maintenance of this place. I have two giant holes in my ceiling (bedroom.) Termites in my son's room. No garbage disposal, which my landlord has bragged about not replacing to other tenants. He always wants to save money, so the few things he does replace are in poor condition or are jerri-rigged. Our main water valve is connected to our neighbor's. Swamp never wrks. He shows up unannounced or doesn't show up for agreed upon time. And more! I have just found out that a judgement was found against me back in 2008. It is from a credit collection company. I never recieved a notice of this Judgement and I would not have know about this jugement as it has never appeared on my credit reports. This judgement lists both myslef and my husband. I never had a credit card with my husband in this state. I would have never knoiwn about this if I was not selling my poperty. He is not listed on the deed,so can the proceeds pay for the judgement. We where never notified of the judgement under the Rules of Civil procedure # 55.

Our son received and then sent to another student a nude picture of a girl who had generated and distributed this picture herself. The high school is calling this pornography and involved the sheriffs office in tracking down the kids who had hit send. Is this addmission statement, aadmissible in a court of law?
