Question: I am getting ready to file papers for mediation to try to change custody arangments . But my ex has moved 10 times in the past 3 years and won't give me his physical address. How do I go about having him served.

Rule 41 discusses service of process within Arizona and Rule 42 discusses service of process outside of Arizona. While it is important to understand the entire rule, in certain circumstances service by publication or alternative service may be appropriate.
