Question: I work as a contract RN on an Air Force base, for a company who is located out of Arizona. I am unsure how many employees work in a 75 mile radius from the Air Force Base. The company is telling me they do not and will not honor FMLA because of this. My job will not create a hardship on the company because all of the contract employees do different jobs here at the base. Am I entitled to know how many company employees are in the 75 mile radius? There are 117 contract employees at the AF base but work for various companies. Thank you
