Question: I have a superior court mailing that states your civil right have been restored. Does this mean I can vote,purchase weapon etc.?

Answer: In Arizona, civil rights and gun rights are separate. If your civil rights have been restored it means you are allowed to vote. If you would like to vote you will have to re-register. If you would like to own a gun you will have to ask the court to restore your gun rights. This must be done at the court in the county where you were convicted.
