Question: i presented my landlord with a list stating that needed the gas turned on it hasnt been on since i moved here it was never disclosed thatwe didnt have any gas now he wants to evict me what do i do

Answer: You may need to consult your lease on this question. Pursuant to A.R.S. 33-1324, the landlord is required to provide running water and reasonable hot water and air conditioning/cooling unless those items (the cooler, etc.) are in your control. You will note that subsection C provides however that you and the landlord may agree that those items are your responsibility. Your lease will be the most important factor in this situation.
