Question: I put an appeal for the eviction and paid the post bond and know my landlord has me as I don't live here can they do that and also there not maintain the property they did landscaping on the other apartments but not mine can they do that I live in the Maricopa County Housing.

Answer: If you appealed and posted the appropriate bond and continue to pay rent to the clerk of the court you can continue to reside in the unit pending the final decision and are entitled to all the protections and rights under the landlord/tenant act.
