Answer: Under the Arizona Mobile Home Parks Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (A.R.S. Title 33 Chapter 11), there are rules about the rights and responsibilities of both landlords and tenants when a mobile home park will be undergoing a change of use as well as regulations governing tenants’ access to the mobile home relocation fund after they have received formal notice of a future change of use or of a planned rent increase.
