Landlord and Tenant - Mobile Home Parks
questions & answers
Question: I signed A Asis rent to own mobile home, the landlords/leeseer didn't tell me I had to fix everything from the plumbing to the electric an gas hook ups. She said it was move in ready. We've been living camping style since we got here. What can I do about this mess up.
Answer: An attorney may be able to help you determine exactly what your rights and responsibilities are. There are links to free and low-cost legal services on this website http://azlawhelp.org/accessToJustice.cfm. If you have a written agreement with the landlord, and the landlord is not upholding their end of the bargain, then an attorney may advise you to request that they do so in writing.
