Question: are mobile home parks exempt from the bill 1248 which prohibits breed specific discriminator. ie: certain dog breeds are not allowing in our community.
Answer: The ban on breed-specific regulations in A.R.S. 9-499.04 (which incorporates Senate Bill 1248) applies only to cities and counties – it does not apply to private property owners. A mobile home park is permitted to ban certain breeds.
