Eviction
questions & answers
Question: I own the house and live out of state and my mother is going to court to do the eviction. Is there a form I need to give her that gives her the ok to be there in my place?
Answer: The form is for a limited power of attorney. There isn't necessarily a form for this; however, it is a relatively simple legal document that you likely can find online. You may want to contact your local superior court to see if the court has a form available for such purposes.
