Question: What is the "senior" age cutoff to qualify for all of the services mentioned here?
Answer: I am not sure of the services mentioned. There is no "senior age" cutoff. Most services (i.e. food stamps, assistance with utilities, etc) would rely on income not age. If you think there may be an age requirement, you should check with the agency. Most discounts that apply to seniors say either 55, 60, or 65 before you can apply.
