Question: I rented a storage in Goodyear in August of 2015. My payments were up-to-date. The company was sold to another company in May of 2016. On June 8 2016, I was notified that the company was under new management and I was to come in and update my information. On or about June 23,2016,I called the new management to make payment. I was told that my property had been cleaned out by old management back in April 2016. I never moved out of the storage and I was paying on a storage that was now rented out to another. What are my rights. I've lost everything.

Question: We found we have a lien on our property from12/22/06 and it should have been removed but it wasn't and now the company is out of business so how do we go about removing it never went to court on it it supposedly for a bond to release my son from jail on 12/22/06 recorded 01/05/2007 bt we find no court record that my son was in jail those days I have already checked all his criminal records and neither me or my wife remember this transaction

Question: My husband died Dec 14,2015. He suffered from dementia and signed a lease on an apartment. November 5, 2015. We never received a signed completed lease agreement to this date, I have sent numerous requested for return or written conformation of deposit status. First they said I wasn't on the lease, I provided my marriage certificate and acknowledged Arizona was a community property state. Question: I DROVE my car to a shop. It had made a noise. Gave key to owner. He told mechanic to drive me to work in my car. He did not. He drove the other way. He drove for a couple of blocks then floored the gas. 50 - 60 ft the engine was grinding. He broke the timing belt and destroyed the engine. The owner refused to pay. I contacted att gen office. Have heard nothing. (Appr. 4 weeks). Now owner called and told me to remove or he will tow as abandoned. I had to use retirement fund for rentals and another car. If i remove vehicle, is he removed from responsibility?

Question: we were approved for a car loan by a local bank. Explained that the vehicle was in our home state and that we knew the owner. Personal banker explained this on the phone. And then the bank changed its mind and said to buy a vehicle in Az. Needless to say as seniors with good credit we were very upset. Filed a complaint withCFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau). Told we could hire an attorney but am finding difficulty. Don't know what kind of attorney or if we have a case.

Question: I called my auto insurance company to have a company replace my window in my auto the glass installer damaged my car. My insurance company said it was not one of their authorized dealers so they can help me. I want to take the glass company to small claims court to see if i can get resolution for the cost of the damages the paper work ask if this is a contract or tort. I did not sign a contract with the glass company so I'm confused as to what to use for the type of claim on the paper work.

Question: We just bought a home in Arizona. I am a 100% disabled veteran living in a hot box for the past 5 weeks.We had an inspection done before and everything was fine. We have been in the house for 5 weeks and have had a different air conditioning repair person here more than 5 times with a different reason each time. Now we have flooring from the kitchen, entry way, and laundry room that needs to be replaced because of water damage from the air conditioner. Do we have any recourse against the home inspector? I called her and she said she would refund the inspection fee, but it wasn't her responsibility for the repairs now. Every penny we have went to purchase this house and we bought a home warranty so we wouldn't have to worry about problems. The warranty company of course claiming pre-existing conditions for things, so we have to fight to get some of the costs covered with them. Is there any help for us?

Question: My friend's wife passed away back on February this year, and had a life insurance policy for $20,000.00. He is been calling and the answer is that they still investigating her claim. Question: City did work at my mom & dads 10teaes ago and they broke their sewer line they repaired it and they have had problems ever cents this past month they had a plumber come out and dig it up and they charge them $5000 shouldn't the city still be obligated because they're the ones that broke the sewer line in the first place to get it repaired again or to replace line if they didn't do the gas project they wouldn't have this problem

Question: I have had a debt that was disputed, the credit card company kept adding fees and interest until they found we would not pay.
