Question: do you have to report your debt in a divorce, if you and your spouse have already agreed on how to split it up?

Answer:

In Arizona, it is not so much "reporting" debt but rather "fully disclosing" debts.   When all debts are disclosed, the divorce decree can adequately and specifically set forth how the debts are to be divided.
