Question: how can I prove my marriage is legal if it never got recorded in cochise county arizona 23 years ago
Answer: If the marriage was in Arizona, a marriage license would have been required. A copy of that license should suffice. If you were married outside of Arizona, as long as your marriage was legal in the state where you were married, it will be acknowledged in Arizona (A.R.S. 25-112). So you would just need the documentation from the state where you were married.
